VCTRY Collective
Every VCTRY piece is made to order — printed and produced specifically for you when you place your order. Because nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, our policy works a little differently than a traditional retailer's. Here's how it works.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered), we've got you covered — 100% free of charge.
You're eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:
- The item arrives with a print defect, misprint, or visible flaw
- The item is damaged in transit
- You received the wrong product, size, or color (different from your order confirmation)
- The item has a manufacturing defect (loose seams, holes, etc.)
How to file a claim:
- Contact us at [support@vctrycollective.com] within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the issue (the product, the print defect or damage, and the shipping label if the package itself was damaged)
Once we verify the issue, we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. No need to return the defective item.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind / Sizing)
Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Producing one-off garments means we can't restock returned items the way traditional retailers can.
Before you order, please:
- Check the size chart on every product page carefully — measurements are listed for each size
- Review your order confirmation immediately and contact us within 24 hours if you need to correct a size or shipping address
If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before ordering — we're happy to help you get the right fit the first time.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement or delivery within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of the ship date, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect address: If a package is returned to sender because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Refund Details
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit
- Original shipping charges are refunded only when the error was ours (defect, damage, or wrong item)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked final sale
- Digital products (e-books and downloads) — all sales final once delivered
- Items damaged through normal wear, improper washing, or misuse (always follow the care instructions on the garment)
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after checkout, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in production and cannot be changed.
