3. Products & Availability

Made to order. Our apparel is produced on demand. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in print placement, color rendering, and garment sourcing may occur between the image shown and the item delivered. Colors may also display differently depending on your screen.

Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time, or refuse any order at our sole discretion — including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or through automated means.

Accuracy. We make every effort to display product details, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
  • We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order — for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. If payment has been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Because production begins quickly, orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Production time (typically 2–7 business days for made-to-order items) is separate from shipping time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier, though we will assist in resolving lost or damaged shipments as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

7. Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)

When you purchase a digital product from VCTRY Collective, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share digital products with others
  • Post digital content publicly or upload it to file-sharing services
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from digital content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

All sales of digital products are final once the download or access has been delivered. Unauthorized distribution of our digital products constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and termination of your access.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lorain County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before pursuing formal action, we ask that you contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and in good faith.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and VCTRY Collective regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
